El Queso Guero is a food truck started in 2019. We serve mexican food with a twist a twist of a cheesy white guy. this truck is the very first truck i worked on in las vegas it was under a different and now to call it my own is amazing.. i love bringing my food to people and having them enjoy my food as much as i enjoy making it..
